Paying With Check Or Money Order:
During the order completion process, change the payment method to check / money order, and complete your order. Make your check / money order payable to: T C Elegance, and mail your payment to 4291 Cobblestone Ct., Richland, Wa. 99352. We will hold your order and complete the shipment process once the payment has cleared.
Domestic Shipping Charges:
All orders shipped in the lower 48 states that total $100.00 and under will pay $5.50 shipping. Orders over $100.00 will receive free (standard) shipping. Special shipping requests will be billed actual shipping charges. Orders shipped to Alaska, HI or Internationally will share actual shipping charges with our store. Orders are normally shipped the next day. Orders received on Friday normally ship the following Monday.
Due to increased shipping costs, we no longer fill international orders.
We purchase shipping insurance on all orders (at no cost to you). We take great care in packaging your order so that it will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, keep the ordered item(s) and shipping materials just as you received them, and contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim electronically, which will require you to take the damaged item(s) and packaging to your local post office for inspection.
To return an item you have purchased from our store, you must contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. No item that has had our sticker removed or altered in any way is returnable. If a return is approved, return of the item for refund is required within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
