Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, Money orders, Checks or Paypal.

Paying With Check Or Money Order:
During the order completion process, change the payment method to check / money order, and complete your order. Make your check / money order payable to: T C Elegance, and mail your payment to 2500 Kennewick Ave, Kennewick, WA 99336. We will hold your order and complete the shipment process once the payment has cleared.

90 Day Layaway:
Layaway is provided with 20% down of your order with the balance being due within 90 days.

Pre-orders:
If you are pre-ordering or reserving items that have not yet arrived in our store, you are required to pre-pay one-quarter of the purchase price. We are guaranteeing that you will receive the product. If, for any unlikely reason we can not fill your order, the entire amount you have paid will be refunded. You will be notified when the item(s) is(are) in stock. If the balance due is not paid within 60 days from this notification we will be free to place the item in our store for public purchase, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Domestic Shipping Charges:
All orders shipped in the lower 48 states that total $100.00 and under will pay $5.50 shipping. Orders over $100.00 will receive free (standard) shipping. Special shipping requests will be billed actual shipping charges. Orders shipped to Alaska, HI or Internationally will share actual shipping charges with our store. Orders are normally shipped the next day. Orders received on Friday normally ship the following Monday.

International Shipping Charges:
International customers must contact the store for actual shipping charges as they vary greatly by location

Shipping Insurance:
We purchase shipping insurance on all orders (at no cost to you). We take great care in packaging your order so that it will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, keep the ordered item(s) and shipping materials just as you received them, and contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim electronically, which will require you to take the damaged item(s) and packaging to your local post office for inspection.

Return Policy:
To return an item you have purchased from our store, you must contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. No item that has had our sticker removed or altered in any way is returnable. If a return is approved, return of the item for refund is required within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
